Pre Comissioning Compliance Certification

Pre Comissioning Compliance Certification must be issued after fabrictaion of a wagon and before the tank wagon is placed into service. Records of pressure tests for each tank compartment will be required and certified

This is a one off certification and will then require in- service certification every two years.

In-Service Inspections and Certification

Tank Wagons must obtain a in-service compliance certification at least every 2 years.
